Alana joined our team in July 2023 and we are so blessed to have her! Her experience with preschool to high school level athletes is a huge bonus for us as she works to rebuild and reload our competitive team program. Alana started gymnastics at five years old and competed competitvely until the summer of her senior year when she had to retire due to an injury. Her favorite event to coach is the balance beam!
Alana is engaged and attending school with a major in health and rehabilitation sciences. She plans to continue coaching through school and after school where she hopes to secure a day job of being a nujrse practitioner. Outside of gymnastics and school, Alana loves to stay active, enjoys swimming, wakeboarding, snowboarding, working out and hiking with her pup, Ohmar.
