Whether you’re rushing to get to work in the morning or trying to be in two places at once by 4:00 PM, we get it—school day logistics are tough. That’s why we created a program that makes mornings and afternoons easier for everyone.

We provide licensed before and after school care with safe transportation to and from school.

Who can enroll?

Children in grades K–6 who attend one of the schools listed above.

What are the program hours?

• Before school care: 6:30 AM – school drop-off
• After school care: School dismissal – 6:30 PM

How do you ensure my child is safe during transport?

• All buses are operated by trained staff aged 18+
• We follow strict check-in/check-out procedures at each stop
• Our buses are fully insured and maintained to the highest standards
• We limit each bus to 14 children to keep the experience calm and safe

Will my child get help with homework?

Yes! We build in quiet time for homework and reading, along with opportunities for play, creativity, and social time.

PRICING/WEEKLY RATES

The Hive Before & After School Program is semester-based with Semester 1 being August-December and Semester 2 from January- May. You must enroll for an entire semester at a time. If we have spots available, we will open monthly or weekly enrollments.

If interested in less frequent enrollments or drop in enrollments, please email Maddie at  camp@kidsfirsttoo.com!

Enrollment Options include AM only, PM only or AM/PM both. Pricing is based on 1, 2, 3 or 4/5 days per week. 1, 2 and 3 day per week enrollments must select the day(s) that they will be attending in advance. Due to legal capacity and size constraints, we are not able to accommodate switching of days unless there is space available. If you will need more flexibility, you must enroll in the 4/5 day price to be able to come any days of the week.

OTHER DETAILS

• Tuition will be billed weekly on Thursday for the week following. Sign up for semester, get billed weekly.

• You are not responsible for paying for days Milford is scheduled off (i.e. Teacher In-Service Days, Holidays, Breaks, etc.) Ex. If you are signed up for Mondays and Thursdays and school is scheduled off for a holiday on Monday, you will only be charged for Thursday

• In the event of a 2-hour delay or Snow Day. we will contact staff and make every effort to open if staff can safely get to work. It is possible we will open on a delayed start but we will make every effort to do so. Credits will not be offered if we cannot open.

• All Before and After School program participants will get 50% discounted rates on School's Out Days. (i.e. Spring Break and Holiday Break Camps will be discounted 50% if Hive participants choose to enroll.)

• 20% OFF at Kids First TOO Programs  - Hive Participants receive a 20% discount on tuition-based programs at Kids First. EXCEPTIONS: Discount cannot be combined with the regular Kids First sibling discount. You can only get one 20% discount.

CANCELLATIONS/DROPS

• We will require a 30 day cancellation notice via email. 

• Emails must be sent to info@kidsfirsttoo.com or camp@kidsfirsttoo.com 

• While the program is a semester-long commitment, we do know that things happen that can cause someone to need to change their plans. As we have staffed and planned for that child for the semester, we will require a 30-day notice as we work to replace that child in the program with another participant. We will charge for the next 4 weeks at their enrolled rates regardless of attendance.

This is a state licensed child care program. All employees are background checked, fingerprinted, CPR and First Aid certified and have completed extensive state training and in-services. Transportation is on insured 15-passenger buses with the same safe and caring staff.

Transportation will be direct to and from Kids First TOO and an elementary school. Students will not travel to additional schools or make any other stops. Their ride is door to door from school to Kids First TOO!
