Ages: 4-12 years
Length: 1 hour

Cost: $109 per month


PHILOSOPHY

“From bows to toes” in the Kids First Cheer and Dance program, we...

  • offer a positive and age appropriate environment for learning cheerleading related skills. Encouraging not discouraging
  • teach progressions and proper technique to ensure safety.
  • help our athletes set realistic goals for themselves, teaching that success does not come without careful planning & hard work.


OUR COACHES
Our enthusiastic coaches live for cheerleading! All have a cheer or gymnastics backgrounds, including competitive or college cheerleaders. They know what it takes to make a team and have the passion and drive to get you there. Whether for tumbling or tryouts, our teachers have a love for children that shows in their interactions with each young athlete.

CHEER CLASSES & SQUADS

Cheery O's Showtime Class

Cheery-O’s (4-6yrs): Tuesdays from 5:00pm-6:00pm

Summer Class Available from Tuesday, May 19th, through Tuesday, August 11th


This Cheery-O's class is all about being loud and proud! Athletes will work on foundational skills including motions, tumbling, kicks/jumps, synchronization, and voice projection. Beginner stunt progressions may also be explored!


Attire: Athletes are recommended to come to class in athletic wear that is comfortable to move around in and nonrestrictive. We also require athletes to wear their hair up and wear tennis shoes and socks

Ages: 4-6 years old

Day and Time: Tuesdays from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (May 19-August 11

Summer Class Available from Tuesday, May 19th, through Tuesday, August 11th


Athletes will work on strength and skill training during this summer class! They will sharpen their technique for jumps and motions while building strength and flexibility for our stunts and tumbling skills. Each class will have a conditioning portion and a weekly skill focus!

Kirby Schwarber

Kirby joined the Kids First team in April 2025 and has been learning alongside our longtime leader, Amy. With over a decade of experience working with kids, she brings a wealth of expertise in cheer, tumbling, and children’s programming. A former cheerleader and tumbler herself, Kirby has coached athletes, taught acting and movement classes, and developed engaging curricula. Her upbeat personality and strong communication skills help create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where every child can grow and shine.
